What you have to do to enter
The prize draw is only open to Gold VIP members of the Öhlins Asia Community. To become a member of the Öhlins Asia Community, participants must first subscribe to the Community. To become a Gold VIP member, participants must complete a survey. The survey will be sent to the member by email, approximately one hour after subscription. People that are already members and have already completed a survey before 1st January 2025, automatically participate in the prize draw. Participants must be:
Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Successfully subscribe to the Öhlins Asia Community.
Complete the survey in its entirety.
Provide accurate and verifiable contact information.

Participant Exclusions
Incomplete, fraudulent, or partially submitted surveys will be disqualified.
Employees of Öhlins Asia Co., Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Note: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

How the winners will be selected?
Winners will be selected using a certified random selection method by picking Öhlins Asia Gold VIP member names from a container.
The selection process will be supervised by an independent panel to ensure fairness.
Winners will be excluded from subsequent prize draws in 2026.
A reserve winner will also be drawn, in case the main winner is uncontactable or unable to receive the prize.

In the event of a prize draw, the Company will randomly draw the entry numbers of eligible participants through the designated random selection system to select the next winner.

Where will the winner be picked?
The prize draw will be conducted at the Öhlins Asia Co., Ltd Factory in front of witnesses.

How will winners be informed?
Winners will be contacted by email or phone on the same day as the draw. Winners must respond and confirm prize acceptance within 1 days, after which the prize will pass to the reserve winner.

For the winner announcement, the Company will conduct a random draw to select the winner. The winner will be contacted via email on the draw date and must reply within the timeframe specified in the email. After the winner’s confirmation has been received, the Company will officially announce the winner’s name to extend its congratulations.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Öhlins Asia Co., Ltd nor Champion3 Co., Ltd. can be held responsible for:
- Technical failures preventing survey submission.
Lost, delayed or incomplete entries.

Campaign Modifications
Öhlins Asia Co., Ltd reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend or cancel the campaign at any time.
Modify prize details without prior notice.
Interpret these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the prize draw campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
