Front Fork Cartridge Kit
Öhlins part no. FKA 110

Öhlins Adventure experts developed the FKA cartridge kit (FKA 110) specifically for the Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin (2020-2023). The kit, which slips into the original fork legs, enables full front-end adjustability, with rebound damping on one leg, compression on the other and adjustable spring preload on both. The NIX30A kit also features an effective hydraulic stop to prevent bottoming-out, while additional springs are available to further personalise your set-up. Choose this kit to give your Honda Africa Twin improved damping performance, with enhanced handling and stability under braking.

Based on our race-proven RXF motocross fork and NIX 30 Adventure cartridge kit, the FGA NIX 30A fork (FFHO 101) comes packed with advantages over the original Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin equipment. The design features Öhlins gold-coloured, surface treated outer and inner tubes that considerably reduce friction and ensure a hard surface, perfect for the Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin’s on and off-road performance.

The fork features adjustable rebound damping on one leg, compression on the other and adjustable spring preload on both and to ensure a full 360 degree set-up, Öhlins carried out extensive testing of this incredible adventure fork both off-road and on the streets. The results now enable the Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin to take all oncoming terrain in its stride, while providing grip and stability at high speeds and excellent comfort for long distance touring.

STX 46 Rear Shock

For the rear of the (2016-2017) Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin, Öhlins engineers developed an STX 46 piggy-back shock (HO 646) with a handy remote spring preload adjuster. Perfect for when carrying a passenger or loaded with luggage or simply to enhance your ride stability off-road or agility on-road, the remote preload adjuster makes ride-height adjustment easier than ever. Fully adjustable for both compression and rebound damping, the unit enables full personalisation for you to get the most from you bike, with improved comfort and traction.
